By creating an account, you agree to use the app only for your own intention tracking and journaling. You may not resell, redistribute, scrape, or build derivative services on top of the app without written permission.

2. No guarantee of manifestation results

The 369 manifestation method is a personal mindfulness and journaling practice inspired by Nikola Tesla's fascination with the numbers 3, 6, and 9. 369tracker.com is a tracking tool to help you build the habit — it does not guarantee any specific manifestation, financial, health, or life outcome. Results, if any, depend entirely on your own beliefs, actions, and circumstances.

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

3. You own your data

You retain full ownership of every affirmation, journal entry, reflection note, and streak record you create in 369tracker.com. We are a custodian of your data, not the owner. You may export or permanently delete your data at any time from within the app or by emailing support@369tracker.com.

4. Account termination for misuse

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that is used to abuse the service, attempt to access other users' data, run automated scrapers or bots, distribute spam, or violate these terms. On termination, your personal data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

5. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions as the app evolves. The "Last updated" date above will always reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of 369tracker.com after a change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
